Presentation Registration System
Any change of paper presentation such as paper title, names of author / co-author needs to be renewed into the "Presentation Registration System" at the Website before/on March 14, 2008.
No change will be accepted when the system is closed at the end of the day, since the final program will be prepared based on the data as of March 15.
Any correction after March 15 should be listed in Errata. At least the 400 copies in A5 or B5 be brought in to the venue and passed onto a projectionist. See the Sample. Sample Errata
Also, the digital-format-errata should be e-mailed as an attachment file to the following by May 9, 2008.

Presentation Equipment
On-site equipment
  1. The following equipment is available at no charge.
    • Personal computer (PC)
    • PC projector
    • Screen (1 panel)
    • Laser pointer
    • Reading lamp
    • Clip-on mini microphone or a wireless microphone
    • Digital timer
  2. Equipment use
    Go to the "Presentation Registration System" on the Web site, and check a proper item in Equipment box.
  3. Equipment operation
    Please operate PC by yourself during the presentation. An assistant PC operator needs to be registered as a "general participant" and pay the required registration fee.
  4. PC
    1. PC Specification used for presentation in technical session room
      OS : Windows XP (Japanese version)
      Software : Power Point 2003, WORD2003, EXCEL2003
        About presentation materials :
      • Store your presentation materials in an USB flash or any other memory device, and bring it to the venue.
      • Hand it over to a projectionist in technical session room, who will copy the data into a PC for the presentation use.
      • Receive the memory device from the projectionist before leaving the room.
      The JSAE takes a full responsibility for deleting any presentation material data from the PC for presentation use.
    2. A brought-in own PC
      • A brought-in own PC should be a laptop model and be equipped with mini D-sub 15-pin output or compatible adapter with its image resolution1024 x 768.
      • Please bring an USB flash or any other memory device stored your presentation materials to avoid any PC machine trouble.
      • Please check the PC whether compatible with a projector in a technical session room.
  5. Setup and handling of other brought-in equipment
    • The use of brought-in equipment must be notified to and approved by JSAE secretariat in advance.
    • Any costs incurred for the setup should be charged onto the Speaker, who should take a full responsibility for setup and handling.
    • The Speaker should follow the instructions given by a projectionist.

Speakers and Session Chair Coordination Meeting

All Speakers and Session Chairs are requested to attend coordination meeting held in a technical session room.
The meeting will take place 15-minute before the session will start.
Please be seated in the right/front row toward the screen.

Off-prints
Orders for off-prints will be taken at Registration Desk, Room 211 2F Conference Center. ▲Floor plan(PDF)

A minimum order is a 100-copy with even increment of 100 up to 300.
Shipment to overseas will be by air and may take 3 - 6 weeks after the congress.
