As the forming processes of UHSS, hot press forming and roll forming are started to use in addition to conventional cold press forming. In the report, the features of these three processes and their application range to auto body parts are mentioned. And the crash performance of parts those profiles are considered to the characteristic of each forming process are studied. Finally, the production cost of each forming process is estimated.
