| Abstract | Though a stamp-crash coupling technique can increase the accuracy of automotive crash simulations, there are some steel products of which mechanical property is influenced not only by stamping process but also by heat treatment in painting process. On the basis of fundamental studies on this bake-hardening phenomenon, we developed a new crash analysis method to consider the effect of bake hardening. Furthermore, we developed fracture prediction system based on stress FLD for crash analysis. |
