Pay the registration fee and receive the congress name-tag
- Participants may be requested to show JSAE membership or a FISITA society membership ID card when register.
- The name-tag has to be always put on during the congress.
- An assistant PC operator needs to be registered as a "general participant" and pay the required registration fee.

Go to a technical session room 15 minutes before the session will start.
Be seated in the Right/Front row toward the screen to get ready for the coordination meeting with your Session Chair.

Proceedings will be sold at Elevator Hall, 1F only during the congress. Requests for the pre-order/purchase are not taken but the order backlogs after the congress.
Purchase of the proceedings shall be either in cash of Japanese Yen or by major credit card such as AMEX, Visa and Master.

Book of Summarized Papers (former:Extended Summary)
Summary paper consisted of "enriched abstract with figures or photos representing your paper".
Summaries from all authors will be compiled and published as a book "Book of Summarized Papers", through which we expect that latest achievements will get known to engineers and researchers in the world.
